Team events: scrambles, best ball, team leagues, match play and the Ryder Cup
The team formats your members ask for, each with the handicap allowance golf uses for it.
Scrambles (2, 3 or 4 players), best ball, alternate shot, shamble, mixed-format events and team leagues — plus match play brackets and a Ryder Cup between two teams. Each format has its handicap allowance set the way the USGA recommends, and the choices a committee normally makes are settings with that default.
Teams
- A captain invites players, a player can ask to join, and guests can play if you allow them.
- The front desk can build any team, move anyone and hand the captaincy on.
- Subs in a team league follow the league's sub rules, which you set.
A team score
One photo of the team's card, plus each player's own stats screen if they want their stats.
