Play your round — any bay, any time
Members play in GSPro like they always do. Leagues run on a play-on-your-time window: each week opens and closes on the dates you set, so nobody has to be there on one night. Nothing is installed on the simulator, so a GSPro update never breaks your league.
Take two photos
The scorecard and the stats screen, with the phone's camera or from the gallery. That is the whole job for the member — nobody types a score, so nobody can type a wrong one.
The AI reads the card and checks it
Course, tees, every hole, putts, drives, greens and fairways. The card has to add up before it saves, and the round settings on the card — play mode, elevation, mulligans, gimmes — are checked against your rules. If a line cannot be read it is looked at again; if it still cannot, the member retakes the photo.
Handicap, stats and records update
The simulator handicap index is worked out the World Handicap System way from pure rounds only. Each member gets their own stats, personal records and head-to-head results; the facility gets its records boards.
The standings go up on the TV
Open one address on anything with a browser and plug it into the TV. Leaderboards, the records wall, Course of the Week and upcoming events rotate by themselves, and the board picks up new scores on its own.
