By using TurfGolfEvents you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

TurfGolfEvents is operated by BA Custom Products LLC. It provides golf league, tournament and golf-trip software. We provide the platform; you are responsible for your events and your members.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must be 18 or older to create an account
One account per facility/business

Prices and payments

Single-day events are free — no payment required
Facility Pro is $150 a year for one facility, with up to 50 active members. It is made for golf simulator facilities
Facility Unlimited is $250 a year for one facility, with no limit on members. It is otherwise the same as Facility Pro
A multi-day event (a Points Tour or a Ryder Cup) is $50 per competition, a one-time payment. This applies to every account, Facility Pro accounts too
Removing ads from one event is $10; a club event with your own ads is $50
Prices are shown before you pay and may change. A change never alters a payment already made
Payments are handled by Stripe
Refunds within 7 days of purchase if unused — contact us at [email protected]

Facility Pro free trial

A new Facility Pro facility is free for 14 days. No card is needed to start
One free trial per facility owner. A sign-up by someone who has had a trial is welcome and opens when it is paid
If the trial ends without a payment, the facility is locked: nothing is deleted, and it opens again as it was the moment it is paid
If it is still not paid 7 days after it was locked, the facility and all of its data are permanently deleted. We write to the owner before it is locked and before it is deleted

Renewal and price changes

Facility Pro and Facility Unlimited are each one payment for one year. We do not charge your card automatically
A year you have paid for is never touched by a price change: you keep the price you paid until that year ends. A new price applies from your next renewal
We write to you 30 days before your year ends, with the price for the next year. If that price is different from what you last paid, the message and the renewal page say so before you pay
Renewing early adds a year to the end of the year you already have. At a renewal you may choose either plan; the new plan starts when the year you are in ends
During a paid Facility Pro year you may move to Facility Unlimited at any time: you pay the difference between the two yearly prices for the days left in your year, worked out to the cent and shown before you pay (under 50 cents it is free). Your renewal date does not change, and nothing else changes: members, events, rounds, settings and history stay as they are
Moving from Facility Unlimited to Facility Pro at a renewal keeps every member. If you have more members than Facility Pro includes, you cannot add new members until there is room
If you do not renew, the facility is paused when the year ends. Its data is kept so that it can be opened again, until you ask us to delete it

Your Data

You own your data — member information, scores, and event records
We store your data securely in an isolated database
You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time
Free single-day event data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event ends; a golf trip on a free account 30 days after its last round
How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy

Prohibited Uses

Using the platform for illegal purposes
Attempting to access other tenants data
Automated scraping or abuse of the API
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses due to downtime or technical issues.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: Facility Pro does not renew by itself. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your facility and its data with the deletion request form.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users of material changes.
