By using TurfGolfEvents you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

TurfGolfEvents provides golf league and tournament management software. We provide the platform; you are responsible for your events and your members.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must be 18 or older to create an account
One account per facility/business

Payments

Single day events are free — no payment required
Facility Pro ($149/year) renews annually — early renewal stacks onto current expiry
Multi-Day credits ($50 each) are one-time payments per competition
Refunds within 7 days of purchase if unused — contact us at [email protected]
We use Stripe for payment processing

Your Data

You own your data — member information, scores, and event records
We store your data securely in an isolated database
You can export or delete your data at any time
Free single day event data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event ends

Prohibited Uses

Using the platform for illegal purposes
Attempting to access other tenants data
Automated scraping or abuse of the API
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses due to downtime or technical issues.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users of material changes.
