$50 per trip — one payment, every round

The buddies' trip, with a champion at the end

Points Tour

Every round counts. One winner.

Each round is its own little tournament: finish first in your round and you take the most points. The points add up over the trip.

Set up the trip

Add the players with their handicap indexes, the courses you will play, and one round for each session of the trip — the format, 9 or 18 holes, and how many points each place is worth. Players get in with their name and the group password, or a personal invite link.

Flights: Flight A and Flight B with four players each, every flight with its own points
2

Pairings and flights

Pair each round automatically or by hand, and change the pairings when someone sleeps in. Flights give every handicap something to play for: each flight has its own points race.

Score entry for a best ball round: team gross, team net, holes played, and a score for each player in the group

Score the round on the course

Anyone in the tee group can enter the scores for the group. Course handicap and playing handicap are worked out for the format, the strokes land on the right holes, and the match or the team total is live on the screen.

Formats

A different game every day

Mix the formats from round to round. Each one is scored as match play, stroke play or Stableford, the way the format is really played.

  • 9 or 18 holes; a 9-hole round gives strokes by the nine's own ranking
  • Handicap allowance per round — 90% for best ball, or what your group plays
  • Points for each place, set by you
  • Count every round, or only each player's best few
  • A finished round is locked; you can unlock it to correct a score

Side games & money games

Who owes whom — settled for you

  • Mini-games: longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt — a player claims the lead from the course
  • Skins and Nassau, gross or net, by buy-in
  • Foursome games: Vegas, Wolf, Snake, Acey-Deucey and Dots, each with its usual variations as choices
  • Players opt in to each pool themselves, until the first tee time

Ryder Cup

Two teams. Match play. One cup.

Split the group into two teams with captains, and play sessions of four-ball, foursomes and singles. Every match is worth a point; a halved match is half each.

  • Players enter their own holes; the opponent confirms them
  • Captains can settle a match they are not playing in
  • Match status hole by hole, such as 2 UP thru 7
  • A live scoreboard for the TV with every match of the session
A Ryder Cup live board: Red against Blue, the session's matches hole by hole, and a match standing 2 UP thru 7

Good to know

Golf trips in plain words

What does the $50 cover?
One trip: one Points Tour or one Ryder Cup, with as many rounds and players as the trip has. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Do the players need accounts?
No. A player types their name and the group password, or taps the personal invite link you send them. Nothing to download.
Can we play different courses?
Yes. Each round has its own course. Pick courses from the shared course library or type in the slope, rating, pars and stroke indexes.
How long is the trip kept?
On a free account a trip is cleared 30 days after its last round. On Facility Pro it is kept.
Can we use it on simulators?
Yes — scores are entered hole by hole on the phone, so it works on a real course or in the bays.
