How We Use Your Information

Data Isolation

Each facility operator's data is stored in a completely separate database. Operators can only access their own members, events, and scores. We cannot access your golf data for purposes other than operating the platform.

One-Off Tournament Data

For Tournament Pack events, all participant data (team names, scores) is automatically deleted 7 days after the event ends. No long-term records are kept for one-off participants.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

Data Retention

Permanent member data is retained as long as the facility account is active. When an account is cancelled, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limiting on login attempts, and attack detection. Each tenant's database is physically isolated from all others.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
